im assuming your carrier is verizon. It depends on your preferences. If youre a fan of a touch screen phone go with the storm. If you cant do touchscreens tour would be better for you. They are both excellent phones. ALso maybe consider waiting for the tour 2(essex) to come out because that would be a newer tour version
