    What could be the problem when the battery charges up to 95% and won't complete? battery is only 5-6 months old.

    Let it fully discharge. This is not an uncommon issue. If you let the device totally drain the battery, then do a complete charge all should be good again.

    battery indicator stayed at 85% after 3 hour charge then after a hard reset indicator registered 100%, what gives?
