For as long as I had my BB bold, everytime I do a hard reset it would suck 20% of my battery. Recently it began taking 50%+.

I ripped apart my phone and cleaned it, now it doesn't affect the battery at all when I do a hard reset. Was something being shorted?

Funny you should say that because mine used to be fully charged then after installing something requiring a restart it would be almost flat but with mine if I did another reset it would go back to normal.I did think I was the only one it happened to. It stopped after I bought a new battery and it was fine
