    They come with different batteries, Pearl = 900 and the Curve = 1150, but they will work in either.

    Don't know....I just put a new Pearl battery into and new Curve and it worked..

    My apologizes, after typing that I went back to find the Curve did not boot up completely. Verdict = different batteries.
