    Well I have QuickPull installed. But I still do a battery pull a few times a week.

    When you notice your blackberry is slower than usual, its time for a reset.
    Also, I noticed when you install apps through desktop manager it resets the device.
    Maybe its good to reset after installing apps OTA too.
