From some weeks ago my z10 start having problem with battery. when it is full charged and its ends goods till 50% or 60% but automatically it shows turning off device but my battery shows 50% or 60%. And when I charge it, it shows 2-3% battery. So please anyone help

sounds like your OS is messed up and does not show the true amount. I would reload the OS.

Open it up and check whether the battery is swollen. If that's the case, replace... :-)

(I'd say... mine is swollen after 1.5 years on the charger as hotspot, but I'm not depending on it as a carry-on device)

Back up your stuff. Use BlackBerry Link software, need Mac or Windows PC
blackberry.com/blend

or sync contacts to cloud (Gmail, Outlook.com).

Then use Link to reload OS. You will lose all data when reloading. See the Backup and Restore section.
