I was reading in one of the social forums here and someone said "this is my bar code, scan it or pin me"
as stupid as this may sound can anyone tell me how does the "scan" process happen? I do know of a bar code that existed when I installed BBM 5!

With BBM 5 you can scan a barcode of a computer screen or another blackberry to create a PIN contact
I saw a barcode scanner on Appworld... i believe it costed $$ if thats what you're talking about.
