Does anyone know if there is an app or a secure way of checking/ managing bank funds from your blackberry?

Just go your bank's website and most of them have mobile sites. I use mine for Bank of America all the time.

I use a combination of Yodlee Mobile and a few wap sites. Never had a problem.

I'm in Canada too. I hadn't tried this yet, but since I saw you had posted the question I thought I'd give it a try. In my case I google'd Royal Bank Mobile... found a link to their site where they provide a mobile phone web access address. ww.rbc.mobi (left out a "w" so it would post probely in this thread)

Yea a lot of US banks have mobile sites and some even have mobile applications. I use Wachovia's Firethorn application. Its sweeeeet.

Man I hate the fact that Bank of Montreal doesn't have a mobile banking site. I mean in this day and age..WTF??

Also to the OP. Do not use opera mini to do online banking. The info get sent to Operas servers first and we really don't know how secure they are. Otherwise just use your banks mobile site if they offer one. That is your best bet.
