    Anyone have any good/interesting stories of using this software to recover/find/fix someone's phone?

    I was telling a friend today about how you can use BlackBerry protect and make it play a sound to find it.

    My friend's daughter entered the password wrong too many times and wiped his device a q10 lol

    And he didn't back it up because link was crashing his computer
    Don't set it to wipe lol or at least back up everything
