    Hey guys just heard 10.2 rolled out in Singapore and Indonesia. I live in India so it should be here by the weekend I'm pretty excited

    Just wanted to know should I backup all my files like we do during installing a leak or since its OTA there's no need?

    Since it's OTA there is no real need but if you want to be extra cautious, likely a good idea.

    I'd back up if BlackBerry Link would let me, it only connects to my Q10 via wifi, can't get it to connect via USB.

    Give Sachesi a try. It's all I use for backup/restore now. It uses the same .bbb structure, has the same options as Link, and has never failed me. It has even restored backups that Link wouldn't. Also, it handles side-loading without requiring developer mode.

    Just updated to 10.2 OTA and its just wow !! Its available now. I'm on Vodafone.

    I did a backup before update but there was no need of restore. Everything went pretty smooth.
