    I've searched all over, but can't find the answer to this. I want to find out which files I should back up from my hard drive for my BB. I presumed my backup file (at least most recent), my current OS and my downloaded 3rd party apps. I'm figuring there is something from DM that should be backed up too. I'd like to keep things minimal, but want to protect all relevant data to my current setup.

    Sounds like you've pretty much got it covered. Maybe keep a copy of the DM & OS install files.

    ... and every now and again copy the contents of your memory
    card to your computer for safe keeping.
