Check the terms of business for your pre order. If it was a fixed price you might be able to complain under local consumer law. The only action BlackBerry could take would be to refuse future supply and cancel any contracts with the problem reseller.

BlackBerry did do something. They sold the device to the carrier getting their money up front. The carrier or whatever Axiom is then decided they need to make more on the margin, thus increasing their price. You know who you need to complain to huh?????????????????
