    I've noticed that a lot of the time I trust my Curve to stay connected to AIM or Windows Live Messenge and when I go to check on them, I am not online. Is there any way to ping or automatically check every once in a while to ensure that I am online both of them?

    havent seen that problem myself, Windows Live Messenger stays connected as long as I have signal..
