ATT phone over WiFi?

Curious to know and haven't had much luck finding the info.

Can you use your phone over ATT's WiFi connection and how do you do it? I was told it has been blocked by ATT.

From what I understand, ATT does not offer UMA and there's nothing you can really do about that.

AT&T offers no UMA or Wi-Fi calling.
