So, I have a Tour and I have used it for over a year. It has been dropped, been worn in rain ect. I haven't abused it, I have just used it. Lately, it has been dropping calls, not dialing correctly ect. If I contact Asurion and get a replacement phone, does anyone know what they will want to send me? A new Tour, or reconditioned one or some other phone? I am with Verizon.
I remember back in 2006 when I had the 8830 and it got messed up, they sent me a brand new one. I was surprised and I ask why just to make sure. And they said because they didn't have any refurbs in stock so they just got me a new one. I'm pretty sure they'll be able to get you a refurb one.
