    Newbie here and am currently having issues signing in to bbm on a q10. Its says that the email not valid. There is no bbm account associated to the email address. I did try to login my blackberry id on the Web and was successful but on the q10 it's giving me the error.

    Welcome to the forums!

    This is strange. When you boot the device, you are asked to enter your BBID. If you managed to log in at that point, when you finally reach the home screen and launch BBM, all you have to do is wait for BBM to connect to the server and retrieve your data.

    Check your settings. On the home screen, Swipe from top > Settings > BlackBerry ID

    You may want to wipe your phone and do the initial setup again.
