Hi, I need help.

My 9810 with OS 7.1 have this double notification between the Message and some apps like BBM Groups & Facebook Messenger. (See pic)

My previous 9780 with OS 6 won't show the message notification and icon on the homescreen althought the message will still appear in the Message app. So I assume there must be some setting to make my 9810 like my 9780.

open your messages go to options and from there you check off what you want to show up and what you dont want to show up, right after you hit options you will see "message display and actions" click that. The rest is self explanatory.

nope, not change anything... I tried all the Message options and BBM Groups details/option and FB Messenger options, it change nothing.

Or maybe should I reinstall BBM and for example the FB Messenger?
