I am under the impression that there were some talks about fixing stuff like syncing more than 30 days of emails and multiple alarms for the US launch? Or are those features only for 10.1?

Then if 10.1 is only coming with the q10. Are we gonna get any updates at all with the US launch?

yes it would be cool to get an update log for the updates from bb and also see what they are working on in coming releases. I am patiently waiting for my carrier to release which the Europeans have had for a couple if days now.

Verizon isn't going to offer the Z10 until next week on the 28th I think as that's the day my pre-oredered Z10 is supposed to arrive. Maybe BlackBerry is waiting for Verizon's launch?? It sure would be nice if some of the bugs were sorted out on an update by then.

However, maybe BlackBerry's "surprise" was in the form of 30,000 more apps that brought their total up to 100k and they think that will buy them time to wait to release the 10.1 update until the Q10 launches.

Who knows... I'm just thinking out loud here and waiting for my Z10 to arrive..

It sure would be nice if some of the bugs were sorted out on an update by then.

Things I mentioned are more of really poor design choices and random limitations.

But you reminded me that there are some glaring bugs like smtp emails, which I hope are being fixed for the US launch.
