    I recently purchased an app from appworld but its not available as a purchased app in my appworld nor i received any order confirmation email with my order id, although my credit card has been charged for the app. Now i dont know how to contact RIM regarding this issue, in refund page there is a order id required which i dont have and if i want my credit card issuer to stop this payment they asked me the proof of communication that i have not received the goods or services. i really have no idea how to sort this out i also called my wireless service provider but they are of no help. This is the first time i purchased any app and i really have no idea how to sort it out. Any help would be highly appreciable..

    appworldbilling@blackberry.com

    Explain to them the best you can as to what happened, they will most likely tell you to contact the dev directly but it's worth a shot.
