    Hey Guys,

I just upgraded to the new version of Appworld. Now it wont work. Says uncaught except java.lang.OurOfMemoryError.

    What can I do?

With the power on, pull out the battery. Wait about a minute and put it back in. Try to launch App World after the reboot. See if you still get the error.

EDIT: Try reinstalling App World. Open this link from your device and install App World again. www.blackberry.com/appworld/download

Looks like you are out of memory. Try rebooting and if that doesnt work then delete app world and then reinstall

Trying that now. I have already pulled the battery twice. I will try leaving it out for while.

    Nope, still dead.

Just removed it via desktop manager. Then reinstalled it. Still doesn't work. God I hate the storm 2.

To delete App World. Go to Options -> Application Management. You'll find a list of apps. App World is going to be one of them. Choose App World and then delete.

Check the remaining memory. If it's low, try deleting any unnecessary apps.

What is worse is I had the Beta and it ran fine. Now I upgrade to the actual release and it doesn't work.

Well delete unnecessary apps off your Storm and then install. Take at least 3 MB off. Should work fine then.

Hmm. That's weird. If I find a solution I'll make sure to let you know. But according to this thread you're not the only one with this issue.
