    I know communication, productivity and security are what they're known for but the apps they need to focus on the most if they want to built new users and bring back old ones is BUSINESS and SOCIAL apps. More social apps means people can communicate through their favorite apps (ie instagram, snapchat etc) and not have to switch phones to do so and business apps will strengthen the prosumers they're already after. It will also make things easier for them (ie banking, insurance) because isn't that what smartphones are for? Yes I'm familiar with side-loading but not everyone is willing to do this nor does everyone know how. Anyone else agree?

    Pretty easy to look at the top 50 or 100 list on iOS or Android.

    I agree. I'm waiting for them to release more features for BlackBerry Express. I think apps like that have lots of potential for business users.
