App World website issue and need to contact BlackBerry
Hi,
I am having an issue with the App World website. The issue is for some reason when I made my account and linked my 8530 with it, it appears to not have sent any carrier information. If I go to any app on the App World website, it says it is not compatible with my device, because of the carrier I am using. The carrier field is blank under my device information. Is there anyway to add it myself? If not, how do I contact RIM/BlackBerry support directly? The App World app on the BB itself works however.
