I downloaded slacker radio and it doesn't show up on the home screens. If I go to BBW and search from there or search for it using Search then I can open it and use it.

How can it appear or how can it be deleted?

To delete go to BlackBerry World >> My World >> My Apps and Games >> then select installed, long press on the app you want to delete and when the right menu pops in select uninstall, reboot device and you should be good to go.

You can also delete the app using device monitor
