if i need to deregister my pin and call up my network to do it, do i also need my actual email account deleted too?
as in my login into their bis email bit. does this need to be deleted also?
i heard the test is if i try to log back in with my username and details it should say that it does not exist.
or are you suppose to put the IMEI and pin by creating a new account to test it?
my customers services are incompetent so i need to make sure i get them to deregister the pin and email account, would deregistering by default delete the account also?
