I downloaded the new runtime, Instagram works fine and any other Android app that required a debug token. However regular android apps no longer get internet/network connection. These include google maps, the chive etc.
I used the airplane mode method and no luck.

I put this in the right forum in leaked os but it didn't get any attention. please don't hate me for putting it here in general.
I just really want this fixed before school starts again.

Gunna just get this out of the way: 10.2.1.xxxx releases are very unstable and if I were you, I would go back to 10.2.0.xxxx.

The android runtime not having internet is a common issue, there has been a fix posted around, can't remember what it is. I'll let someone else answer that part of your question but trust me, hop off 10.2.1. It's not worth it.
