Im in Long island Ny verizon wireless, no emails or internet for the last 2 hrs
customer service says no issues in my area, sent service books, received none, pulled the battery did not fix, any suggestions
Yes, me too. I'm in Western NJ. If I select any email or text msg icons it does nothing. I can hit the red key and select anything other than email or messaging icons.
i just went to manage connections, turned them off and turned them back on, it looks like i am now receiveing my emails and able to get online, try it.
