Right now on Verizon and OK, but have the option of getting New 9930 with Sprint if I change carriers. Are there any Phone differences with the two? Phone internals-Options- Programming or OS Differences?
Also Coverage differences a concern?
Advice and information would be appreciated! Need to make a decision ASAP, thanks!

Coverage differences could definitely be a concern, but that's something you'd need to discuss with others (preferably 9930 users) on Sprint.

Verizon has a lot of lower-frequency bandwidth that is better at penetrating buildings, and thus allowing coverage inside areas where carriers like Sprint and T-Mobile don't work so well. They also have a lot more coverage in general, but it's such a local issue (meaning you will have very different experiences than someone in the next town over, much less in another state) that you really need to talk to people locally - in particular in the exact areas you will spend most of your time: your office buildings, your home, and anywhere else you spend a significant amount of time.

Note too that because this is a 3G-only phone, that LTE coverage will be irrelevant to you - you need to focus on 3G (EV-DO Rev A) coverage for data, and basic CDMA coverage for phone/texting.
