I love Google maps. When I use it, it gives me the "this is you location within 2,000 feet"

If the halo is that big, does that mean its triangulating versus using the GPS receiver?

Shouldn't the GPS receiver give more accurate results?

If so, how do I stop it from triangulating and make it so it only uses the GPS function?

Make sure you have Google Maps 3.0.2 installed as a lot of people have had success with it using the GPS receiver.

My Telus Storm with 3.0.2 has never worked with anything other then cell towers.
