Android doesn't even have a built in file manager on any nexus device.

To be better than something, that something must exist.

That's not a file manager, by any means.

    A file manager has appeared!

Yep, it's a file manager. I never said it was better than BB10s, just that it did indeed exist. Because you and I agree that as far as STOCK file managers go BB10s is the tits.

This is so easy to understand it's silly, except for a few who are looking for excuses. The excuses are running out.

I hope Blackberry goes back to their roots, enterprise. The built in file Explorer may be very useful then.

File explorers are useful to every OS, this is common sense stop disputing it. You have no defense as to why it's absent on android nexus devices. You keep reiterating that no one needs it yet your App store is full of File explorer apps with 10000000 - 50000000 million installs each.

    Stop being a hypocrit.

That's like saying since third party email programs and media players have millions of downloads, Android must not have native email programs or media players. Some people just like other options.

ETA: I don't think anyone is saying that NO ONE needs/wants a file manager app either. Just that it's not a huge seeing point like in the premise of your OP.

You make me laugh thinking this is a big deal. IT OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T NEED TO BE STOCK!

Keep going though. This is great!

Native on this one. With native, UI is normally more consistent.

This analogy would only work if third party file managers are fake. Fake tits will never be the same as the real thing.

Third party file managers are real.

But native is the best for this choice.

Android users have access to the best file managing apps in the business. The one I use has built in functionality with Dropbox, Box, GDrive etc.
Key word there is Apps. On BB10, built in and no need to get more apps to do the same function....

Guess what - your email is an app, calendar is an app, browser is an app, clock is an app, dialer is an app, camera is an app. You probably got the idea.

Confusing to follow because I'm pretty sure you said BlackBerry 10 had no apps.

Email is a sub-service of the Hub which is an app.
