Okay so i just downloaded 10.2 and im about to install it... this is the first time doing a leaked install..

once i install 10.2.. i wan to get android runtime.. can anyone link me the download for it

(just to make sure android runtime makes sideloaded apps run like native apps? am i right or? cause im highly confused with the whole jellybean and android runtime)

The Android Jellybean runtime is part of 10.2. The main difference is whether you want the locked or unlocked version (which allows you to run more apps albeit possibly with less stability and security.)

There are lots of links to the unlocked Android runtime on CrackBerry, but if you can't find it I can send a link. I'm running the unlocked Android runtime on 10.2.0.1371 and it is terrific.

I'm running on 10.2.0.1743 for STL-100-1, Can you please post the link of Android Runtime for my OS version. I've installed someother android runtime and sideloaded temple OZ game, touch is not working. Even i tried reinstalling the runtime with no luck.

You should not be using leaks... not because there is anything wrong with them. But you need to be able to handle your own device from support to searching to warranty if you want go use a leak.
