    At $700 I'd say it isn't the obvious choice for anyone, nor the Priv for $900. The common person who has no affinity for BlackBerry, will look at the cost and consider other high end devices that are not able cheaper. If not cheaper, they'll cross shop other established devices in the same range like the iPhone or Galaxy line. You're right, pricing is something BlackBerry never seems to get right.
