Android OS os BlackBerry Devices. Thoughts?

So I've been thinking a lot about how to better a BlackBerry for consumer use, and also for the typical business user.

I am sure this has come across before but how would Berry users feel of using the UI of Android OS, such as the OS being used on the HTC Hero, but on a BlackBerry?

If the BlackBerry offered the same security and the same push email people, and corporations want, would you think that an Android OS make or break BlackBerry if it where ever implemented or made a similar OS?

After seeing HTC Hero, I've been at a loss of words, and that is something I'd like to see on a BlackBerry line up sometime in the future. The UI is so smooth.
