MY question is from everywhere user, who are viewing this thread about BlackBerry 10OS that if there are better freely and with much functional android apps, which can easily be installed on BlackBerry 10OS then why we need native or BlackBerry apps, whose bacup can only be done through BlackBerry link and with less features and fare UI..?

    Questions Answered:

    1) Nothing is free in the softwareshpere. When an app is free it usually bombards the app with ads. Data mines user information etc., etc.

    2. Native apps will always look and perform better. They just do. Well designed apps feels like an extension of the BB10 base OS. Android ports and apps just fill a void that is unique based on each individual.

    My two cents.

1.have u used native apps, if yes then u will also have seen the ads (ratio 8/10) and if u are also an android user or have used then the android apps are not bombard with adds as compared to native apps( ratio 3/10).

    2. Yes u are right that native apps perform better but lack of UI according to BlackBerry 10 OS still the android is on top.

But thnxx for ur giving suggestions and sharing ur thinking..abut the differences.

No need for the apps you listed as superior native equivalents exist. Simply put.

    1. Blackberry Browser
    2. Web Splitter Browser
    3. BBM
    4. Max Mobile Security
    5. iGrann
    6. BeMaps 10 Pro etc., etc.

You seem heavily dependent on Android apps for your BlackBerry. Might want to visit the below forum link to find your appropriate device.

The android app for Wechat doesn't work better it just contains more features. I think they abandoned the native app which is much faster...

Yes, that is part of the Android app advantage too.

Years of development vs the months for the Wechat native app. Makes a big difference.
