    Slightly off-topic, but interesting I think to share... seems BB isn't the only one interested in making the Android app catalog available to non-Android systems:

    I'd be keen to see a comparison of how Blue Stacks implements this vs. the BB approach.

    This isn't available for the mobile segment, just pc and the surface.

    I use windows 8.. I like it.. but I still don't install 'apps' on my PC..

    I did see that it was targeting non-mobile (pc/surface + mac), but on pc/surface, with discussions about the shared development ecosystem, I thought it might be just the start, with something eventually coming to WP8 (but could be totally wrong about that).
