I ordered BlackBerry Passport on Oct 14th through Amazon India. The BlackBerry Passport was arrived to chennai facility on 18th Oct itself from bangalore.

But from Oct 18th to till now ie - 27th Oct I haven't received my precious as per amazon India estimated delivery it is suppose to be delivered on 20th Oct itself.

I contacted customer car for more than 10 times and their response is. It will be delivered in 24-48 hours.

Now I'm afraid. What if my BlackBerry Passport is defective how soon I can get replaced ?

Do I get new device if that is faulty? Or should I need to wait more than anything ho boy this thoughts my night sleep is gone. And it's affecting my personal life.

I hate amazon somebody from amazon India if possible help me!!!!

Remember patients is a virtue, once your Passport arrives all will be forgotten....as for your worries about it arriving damaged...is waiting for it not enough drama for you? Enjoy it when it arrives, this phone is a BEAST!!!

There are stock problems everywhere. The stock in India was sold out quite a while ago. And am sorry man. Sucks that you have to wait for so long.

Well folks I contacted amazon after they told me that my order was damaged due to rain. So I requested them shall I go to courier facility and see the damage of the handset.

After some hours of follow up I got approval and reached local chennai courier facility and saw my package.

Wow!!! Only the box was damaged and the damn BlackBerry passport was lying in the package like a rock solid.

So, great this device is I tested fully so far no issues or damage. Expect the BlackBerry box I know I'm very lucky.

Wow... you accepted a package that was defective. BlackBerry might not replace your phone later on claiming that you accepted the package which was damaged.

As of now there seems to be no damage on the phone physically and software wise. The box is the only item which got damaged due to rain.
And I'm good with BlackBerry passport
