    Hi guys,

    I recently purchased a T-Mobile BB Bold 9700 which was brand new/sealed in box. I unlocked it with a code as well.

    When I tried to change my current BB account to use the new device by putting in the PIN and IMEI it gave me an error saying that "The specified information is not valid for this service provider".

    I have a BB account with ORANGE Spain, and the error message I get is from bis.eu.blackberry. com

    I contacted my service provider, but so far no response. Is it possible that they have to just change the device manually? Or is the website giving me the "correct" info saying that I definitely cannot use this device with my service provider?

    the bold is a gsm device you need to just put a sim card in it
