    So a few days ago my phone downloaded and instaled the new update. and i havnt paid my bill so i have no service but it was using my wifi to get it. But now since i have updated it it shows only a grey wifi...i can surf the web but cant connect to AIM anymore...

    Battery pull sorted it for me.
