I have lost my Q10, so currently using just a spare basic phone. Planning to buy one, just confused which one to buy considering the fact BB10 is being abandoned. Also Passport has is bit expensive here in India as compared to US.

GS6 Active with the Priv apps but still have my Z10 and still use my Playbook. Would have went with a Z30 if AT&T had released it.

Priv....but not satisfied/happy. Priv has taught me that apps are fun, not necessarily needed, but fun. And BB10 is far superior. So now I am not happy with Android.....and not willing to go back. I'm totally lost.

I totally understand how you feel. I am still using my z30, but FB, soon WhatsApp, now issues with CoC, are all becoming more than I can handle. I desperately don't want to leave BB because I have an android tablet and in many respects it stinks compared to BB10. There is no good solution.

After a lot of consideration, I ended up with an iPhone 6s Plus. What it came down to for me was my wife's unwillingness to switch to Android, AT&T's BOGO on the iPhone 6s, the desire to switch carriers to AT&T, and my preference not to have to support more than one mobile platform in my home. Otherwise, I would have gone with the Priv for myself, and probably a Nexus 5x for my wife.

The 6s Plus is big enough that I can actually type on it, so I no longer feel as strong a need for the PKB. Other than that, a smartphone is pretty much a smartphone these days. I'd rather have the Priv, but there are other considerations which drove my purchasing considerations.

Mind you, I dont believe im sticking with BB10 OS if they release an all-touch Blackberry Andriod device.

I'm stockpiling BB10 phones. Getting Z10/Q10/Z30 on ebay and maybe 2 more passports when they are more available used. Good for about 10 years then by that time I'll just switch to VR glasses instead :P

First Device: Classic (in my opinion, the best BB i had ever used)
Second Device: Passport black (as a tablet or in change with Classic, in any time as a first device, if I will. ;-) )
Last but not least, a Bold 9900 (as device for all other, example; to use it in sport, cycling and for playing music)
For me actually the best devices in best combination.

I am using an iPhone 5s. I read this forum almost daily because I have been passionate about Blackberry for many years. I still have several BB devices which I use from time to time. I come here out of habit, to keep up with the Blackberry world, and also hoping to hear some good news. I have faith that the company will do well mainly because of Chen's commitment to software.

I switched because my family is scattered around the world and I like to have one device that I can use to remain in contact with all of them. We (almost) all used Blackberries until recently but frankly, ever since recent OS upgrades, BBM video and even voice calls have broken. We cannot maintain a call or video chat for more than a few minutes without the connection being dropped. When this started I sensed something was up with Blackberry, and when it became clear that Android would be the new thing, on top of my communication needs and issues, I decided to jump.

Overall, as much as I have no interest in Android, I think that decision should have been made ages ago for survival's sake. I love BB 10 OS and with my experience now on iPhone it is clear to me which is the best OS. However, I need a phone that works with other devices and which has fully functional apps.

Sorry for the long sad story and the switch, but I honestly feel I have lost a good friend. However, change is in the air and one day we will wake up and find BB healthy and prospering, but with a new face.

I just retired my Z30 and replaced with a OnePlus Two. I was waiting for a price drop on the Priv for a while, but it didn't seem like it was going to happen anytime soon. The OnePlus Two was half the price of the Priv. I miss being able to peek into the hub, but I think I've got things setup good enough for now. The very laggy Android apps on the Z30 and lack of native apps is what finally pushed me away from BB10. I was a supporter of BlackBerry for a long time.

I'm rocking (again) a beautiful Black OG BlackBerry Passport (I didn't like the SE) all the way till the end!
My previous-precious Z10 is now retired in a drawer along with a 8320 and a 8100 which are regularly charged and powered on just to stay on shape.
