I'd like 'em to bring back user creatable / customizable sound profiles and a bedside mode that will automatically start when the phone is put on power between certain user-defined times. Both of which were available on 7.1 and earlier.

10.2 is done, they are working on 10.2.1 now. The carriers have 10.2 and it's up to them to release it now

Probably panorama and some other camera goodies. Customizable setting shortcut pane. Ability to pin active frames. And a few other minor things I'm sure. 10.3 will be announced at BlackBerry live (if there is one) and that's in May, so 10.2.1 will come between that.

Ie:To be able to specify which applications notifications are shown.

And
I agree not enough free space on the device what's the point of getting to use an Sd card if you can't install applications on it.

-Re-increase the size of the circle on the "sliders" system wide. Was better in 10.1

-Battery percentage display option.

-Get rid of the pea-soup green colour on the Calendar App's Icon and Active Frame.

-The Weather App's Icon and Active frame needs to be more interesting. (TAT?)

No more popping to the active frames every time an app opens. Marking notifications as read on hubs and in apps together. Dialing names on dial pad as a shortcut. Ability to go straight to notification from lock screen previews
