I get this email repeatedly. I just had to get a new phone due to problems with my other 8830. But I never had this with the other phone. The main thing is I can't add any contacts. They dont even get a message from me asking to add them.

I get those occassionally as well. Not going to do any harm to the device. No worries. I usually leave it until the next day, then delete.

Don't even worry about that. It's normal. Doesn't harm your device. Just like Michael said above.
