So today I went to a buick dealership and noticed they had wifi and instantly added it, even though I'll prob never be there again. I just had to.
But at that moment, I realized that anywhere I go, if I see they have wifi, I get all happy and have to add it even though I may not use it again.
    My girl says I'm addicted.
    Am I the only one?

Nah man, you are not alone. I do that too haha, however...I do delete the connection after a while.

Even then I think I kinda have to do that since I dont have a data plan (yes i know blackberry without data plan is nothing).

I went through my saved wifi profiles the other day and deleted like 7 saved connections of places I'll probably never go back to.

I have inSSIDer or another program running on my netbook when driving in my car. I then go through the list of open networks discovered later in the evening and add any I didn't have before to my BB's profile.

By doing this, I've got a WiFi connection damn near everywhere in my city. It's great for not only data, but UMA as I have Rogers TalkSpot. There are tons lof open/unsecure networks around; always have been, always will be. May as well make use of them.

I rarely even have wifi turned on, it just wastes my battery and the 3G is good enough.

wifi is the greatest and most useful feature in a phone rather than
    gps and 3g
