I just got my blackberry pearl 8110 &+ I don't know how to turn off flash on the camera. Also can you upload the files on the phone to the computer??

Congrats on the Pearl! When you're in the camera app, click menu and then options. You'll see the option for the flash at the top.
You can transfer files back and forth using Desktop Manager or mass media mode.

Launch the camera, hit the berry button, select options, default flash settings is on the top of the menu.
What files would you be wanting to upload?

You can also change the flash setting by pressing Space. Works for both the Camera app and the Video Camera app.
