I have the xtremelabs speedtest app, and when on wifi the maximum down speed I get is 1.5mbps. Up speed is 760kbps. My DSL line 6mbps down and 768kbps up. When I use my laptop, I get 5.3mbps down, same as my ethernet wired PC. Why is the 9700 only getting 1.5mbps out of it? Is there a setting on the phone or router that needs changed?

I might be wrong but I think it could be the build or the phone max speed some sort like that.

Going to follow this topic as it seems to be a very valuable piece of advise for me too!

Well I also thought the app could be wrong, but then the up speeds are correct. Maybe somebody with the same app can test and see what they get.
