- my blackberry nuked itself
- i downloaded the desktop manager software as well as the software for my phone
i delete vendor.xml
i get to the updating your device screen but it gets stuck at "loading jvm and system software"

does anybody have any ideas what happened?

i need my phone for work so i am desperate for help
