I have joined this forum and searched for answer and I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have an 8520.

I have in the past been able to access wifi at home, work and various other locations without bother. Now I don't know whether this is connected because I am not sure whether this happened at the same time, you only notice it when you need it. I changed networks from o2 to giffgaff with the Blackberry services.

Now I can't connect to any wifi, these are personal, work and the local footie club, so I can rule out its something to do with my router.

When I scan for a network and connect, it says its connected but the wifi logo does not go from grey to white and its obvious from the speed that its using the GPRS service.

I have an active BIS with giffgaff, everything works over the mobile network as it should.
I have checked the service books and both Wi-Fi TCP/IP Browser and Transport are there.

Has anyone got any ideas.
