I was using my navigation then all of a sudden I lost GPS signal and I have not been able to get it back since. I tried a soft reboot and a hard reboot both with no success.

Everything else works on the phone and my bill is paid in full. I have to say this is my 4th 8330 for some reason or another I had to replace them.

I hope someone has a suggestion or should I just go out and buy another tomtom?

Well the gps chip in the 8330 is marginal(a novelty really)at best. They are known to be weak. If you really need a gps nav system then yes your money is probably better spent on a garmin.

Most navigation software on a Blackberry is a Location based application. it goes by cell tower. Im not sure about Sprint but it could be a provisioning issue if you're using Sprint navigation. I know that with Verizon, their VZNAV Application will not work if you're arent properly provisioned for it.
