I am sorry for sounding real dumb but my bb has come from 02, i am with a company called opel who buy air time from t mobile which i only found out today after spending 3 hrs on the phone trying to get a code.

am i write in thinking i have contacted the right company for the code being opel because they are my supplier??

Are you trying to get an unlocking code for your 8310? If that is the case, you need to get the unlock code from either 1) the company the device is branded to, or purchase the code from a vendor, such as HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, Canada’s Cellular Repair Center �

If not to unlock, what do you need?
