    I have an 8130 pearl with alltel. every now and then i look at my phone and its off. When it does this i don't receive calls, email, etc. I can press the red phone symbol and it comes right back on. Anyone know why it randomly shuts down?

    your phone might be low on memory or it might be an issue with your os look at the thread in my signature and go through the steps

    does it do it at a certain time>?

    maybe you have the auto off setting turned on?

    No, i don't have the auto shut down on and its at no certain time. might do it 2 or 3 times today and 3 or 4 times tomorrow. Its random!
