I have a 8130 the power is on and the ball will move around to the diffrent apllication but it wont enter any applications by pressing down on the ball or the side buttons dont work as well. I have removed the batt serveral time and its still the same. I have even called from a land land and the answer button dosent work. I would love some help if anyone know what I can do. Thanks

That does sound like a keyboard/trackball hardware problem.

A warranty exchange would fix you right up.

I'm now having the same problem, and seriously I am soooo tired of having to switch my stuff over to a new BB! this is already my 3rd in a few months and the Application owners that I 've purchased my stuff from is now telling me that they only issue new regs numbers once a year!???!?!
which means--unless I repurchase my apps. I won't have a new reg. code!!
is there anything else I can do???
please help!
