While I am waiting to purchase both RIMM and APPL shares this article does not give sound advice as to why to invest in one stock versus another. An obvious RIMM fan and not a financial advisor in any sense. Sorry and I am glad the author likes the Blackberry platform so much, but please do not use the advice in the article to invest.

I agree it shouldn't be mostly considered as a financial analysys, yet IMHO, the author makes several valid points (in mind : apple "dislike" and Feb release).
Moreover, it looks like the "financial planet" (with its good and bad "experts" of all sides) is now considering as a valid option to buy. Latest trend was "sell" "short".
In this angle of view, this article is interesting; thanks OP.

It's called technical analysis, it takes things like momentum, moving averages and sentiment indicators into account. Not the type of analysis you get from your bank, for sure. But not entirely unheard of. Some people live by it. But in the end just a story in a sea of stories. To be taken at face value for what its worth.
The very fact we are starting to see more people positive, like with articles like this, is a technical indicator.

I have fallen in love with the writer (NO HOMO) and love how he is in a way, unbiased! Gives his evidence and outright opinion. Great find!

As expected Apple has peaked with the Iphone and sales are way down as well as the stock below 500 as of yesterday. The Iphone fad is fading leaving room for blackberry and WP8 to gain ground. This is normal and for Apple or any company to gain ground again they need new products that"wow" the public.

I'm shur there is a lot of short term traders who will sell off on jan 30, always Is when your rising 5-10% a day. But once the dust settles its only going up long term.
